Terms and conditions of use
The general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded by the Mamzelle Créations webshop whose registered office is at Avenue Charles-Quint 124 Bte 7 - 1083 Brussels. We reserve the right to adapt or modify the general conditions of sale at any time without prior notification. Before placing an order on the site, the customer acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale and accepts them without reservation.
1.The client
When you register on the Mamzelle Créations webshop, you are solely responsible for the data provided to your customer file. You must be a natural person of at least 18 years old and reside in Belgium, France, Switzerland or Luxembourg. You must therefore ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter. In the event of an error, we cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver your package to you. The password you receive when registering for your account on www.mamzellecreations.com is strictly confidential and must not be communicated to third parties.
The data recorded by the customer is protected as much as possible by Mamzelle Créations and will not be communicated / transmitted for private or commercial purposes. Data can be removed from the site or canceled at any time at your request if you do not have an order in progress.
Mamzelle Créations is not held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
2.Products
The products on the Mamzelle Créations webshop are described with the greatest accuracy. We try to provide as much information as possible, both textual and visual, however a minimum of details may change, especially for Mamzelle Créations’s own creations. It may vary in color or size or other detail. The prices of the products on the site are expressed in euros including VAT. Mamzelle Créations belongs to the franchise regime for small businesses and therefore items cannot be displayed or sold excluding VAT. Illustrations and photos are provided for illustrative purposes and are not contractual. The photographs of products on the site are the property of Mamzelle Créations. The reuse of these, whether complete or partial, for professional or commercial purposes is totally prohibited.
These photographs are not free of rights. However, if you would like to use these photographs, please contact me at the following address: contact@mamzellecreations.com. The same goes for descriptions, texts and content.
3.Orders
Before placing an order, the customer will have to go through a whole series of steps beforehand. The buyer must register on the site before placing his order, fill in his details and address, fill in his basket and validate it. Orders placed will only be validated after acceptance and validation of your payment by our banking organization. The payment methods on the webshop www.mamzellecreations.com are card payment via the secure Stripe service and secure Paypal payment. No other means of payment will be authorized. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a dispute with the wrong payment method or country of destination. In this case, we will notify you by email to the contact you mentioned when registering on the site.
Please note, the products ordered remain our exclusive property until full payment of the order by the buyer.
Mamzelle Créations reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, we will proceed directly to the refund on the payment method selected by the buyer and notify him at the email address provided when registering.
4.Delivery
There are several delivery methods on the www.mamzellecreations.com eshop: sending your package via the post office to the address mentioned in your account in the "delivery address" field or placing your order at a pick-up point. Once the delivery method has been chosen and the order has been made and validated by you, it is no longer possible to change it. The package will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, if the products are in stock, after receipt of payment. In order for the delivery to be carried out correctly, the customer ensures that he has communicated the exact information of his place of delivery. Example: building number, street, city, country. In the event of an order for several products, Mamzelle Créations reserves the right to split your order into different packages. In the event of a damaged package, the customer agrees to notify the carrier and the e-commerce site directly within 48 hours. For international deliveries, the customer agrees to pay any taxes and customs fees.
Mamzelle Créations cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery agency. (Strikes, etc.…) As well as the complete or partial destruction of your package. (Open package, product broken by the delivery method). We pack your products with care.
5.Returns and right of withdrawal
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have fourteen days to return it to us. After this period we reserve the right not to accept your return. You must notify us of the return by email to the following address: contact@mamzellecreations.com or by using the contact form on the site. The return is fully the responsibility of the customer and the refund will be made upon receipt thereof (shipping costs for sending deducted) via the method of payment chosen when ordering. The user must carefully keep proof of sending his return. No other means of reimbursement will be accepted and we will notify you by email, to the address provided by you during the reimbursement. The return must be sent to the following address: Osselaer Vanessa - Avenue Charles-Quint 124 Bte 7 - 1083 Brussels. Proof of postage must be provided in the event of a return claim.
After the period of fourteen days the return can no longer be accepted, by purchasing on www.mamzellecreations.com, you are purchasing a costume jewel / accessory. Normal wear and tear or breakage cannot be taken back as these are not high-end products.
Legal information
Failure to comply with the regulations as well as incorrect information provided by the customer will result in the non-validation of the order. The sale of products falls within the broadest possible sense of Belgian law and the parties recognize the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels Commercial Court, regardless of the place of delivery.
