Delivery and return

Your parcel shipment

There are several delivery methods on the eshop: sending your package via the post office to the address mentioned in your account in the "delivery address" field or placing your order at a pick-up point. Once the delivery method has been chosen and the order has been made and validated by you, it is no longer possible to change it. The package will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, if the products are in stock, after receipt of payment. In order for the delivery to be carried out correctly, the customer ensures that he has communicated the exact information of his place of delivery. Example: building number, street, city, country. In the event of an order for several products, Mamzelle Créations reserves the right to split your order into different packages. In the event of a damaged package, the customer agrees to notify the carrier and the e-commerce site directly within 48 hours. For international deliveries, the customer agrees to pay any taxes and customs fees.

Mamzelle Créations cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery agency. (Strikes, etc.…) As well as the complete or partial destruction of your package. (Open package, product broken by the delivery method). We pack your products with care.

Returns and right of withdrawal

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have fourteen days to return it to us. After this period we reserve the right not to accept your return. You must notify us of the return by email to the following address: or by using the contact form on the site. The return is fully the responsibility of the customer and the refund will be made upon receipt thereof (shipping costs for sending deducted) via the method of payment chosen when ordering. The user must carefully keep proof of sending his return. No other means of reimbursement will be accepted and we will notify you by email, to the address provided by you during the reimbursement. After the period of fourteen days the return can no longer be accepted, by purchasing on, you are purchasing a costume jewel / accessory. Normal wear and tear or breakage cannot be taken back as these are not high-end products.
